For more than 20 years Hermon Hermon Lighting has built lasting partnerships in the Philippines to bring unique handcrafted pendant lighting to Australia. Every year we visit our Filipino artisans, sharing time in their workshops, seeing new designs come to life and nurturing the relationship we have built over the years.
We try to keep stock of most products. If it is out of stock we can give you an ETA. Our warehouse is in Coolum Beach, QLD. A visit can be arranged if you would like to view the pendant to appreciate the texture and craftmanship.
We are qualified lighting designers, we can help. We can advise for low ceilings, or for larger spaces. We match the shape of the pendant to the space. We can advise on the height to hang your pendant. Pendants should hang low enough to create intimacy and atmosphere, while still allowing clear sight lines where necessary, we can guide you on exact hanging heights to suit your home. Sometimes 1 statement piece is enough, while other spaces look best with 2 or 3. We are happy to provide a tailored recommendation for your project.
We supply complimentary LED globes with varying output dependant on the situation. We recommend installing a dimmer for control.
We can assist with Lumen output (Brightness) Temperature (Cool white, Warm white.) It is important to match the size of your globe to the size of the pendant. (Many sizes available) Clear or frosted glass? The closer to a surface the greater the shadowing. Frosted glass will prevent shadowing.
A simple dust with a soft cloth is usually all that is needed for our metal pendants. For our fabric and Salago Fibre pendants a gentle vacuum with a brush attachment helps to keep your pendant looking fresh. We spray our fabric pendants with a non toxic Liquid Quartz Protector, which repels contaminants and and stabilises UV.
Yes, all our pendants are wired to Australian Standards and come with a 12 month warranty covering materials and craftsmanship.
